Cancelling Your Order:

We understand that plans change, and you might need to cancel an order after placing it. No worries, we're here to help!

Cancelling Before Shipment:

If you haven't received a shipping confirmation yet, you can easily cancel your order and receive a full refund. Simply send an email to support@brassna.ca with your order number and request a cancellation. We'll process it promptly and notify you once the refund is complete.

Cancelling After Shipment:

Unfortunately, once your order has been shipped, we can't cancel it. However, you can return the unopened and unused items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund (minus return shipping costs). Please refer to our Return Policy for details on how to initiate a return.
