RETURNS POLICY

60-Day Returns:

We offer a 60-day return window for all eligible items. If 60 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

Eligible Returns:

  • Defective or damaged items: We accept returns for any item that arrives defective or damaged during shipping.
  • Unopened and unused items: Within the 60-day window, you may return unopened and unused items in their original condition and packaging. This is an exception and not a guarantee.

Return Conditions:

  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags still attached, and in the original packaging.
  • You must also provide proof of purchase, such as a receipt or order confirmation email.

Refunds:

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days, and the credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.

Exchanges:

  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need to exchange a defective or damaged item for the same item, please contact us within the 60-day window at support@brassna.ca.

Return Shipping:

  • You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • Depending on your location, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
  • You may want to consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
